(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is committed to protecting the personal information of individuals (hereinafter "Users" or "Individuals") who use its services (hereinafter "Company Services"). To that end, the Company complies with applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (the "Information Network Act"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") has been established to ensure that any concerns related to the protection of Users' personal information are addressed promptly and effectively.

In accordance with applicable laws and this Policy, the Company may collect Users' personal information, which will only be shared with third parties with the individual's consent. Retention and Use Period of Personal
Information

The Company retains and uses personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. In addition, records of service misuse are retained for up to one year to prevent fraudulent subscriptions and other misuse.

b. Destruction of Personal Information

The Company, in principle, promptly destroys personal information that is no longer required, such as when the purpose for processing is fulfilled or retention and use period has elapsed.

  • After achieving the purpose of processing, information entered by the User is transferred to a separate database (for paper, to a separate document storage box), where it is stored for a period as prescribed by internal policies or relevant laws before being destroyed.
  • Personal information scheduled for destruction undergoes a review and approval process conducted by the Company's Personal Information Protection Officer.

c. Method of Personal Information Destruction

Personal information stored in electronic files is deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery, while printed personal information is destroyed by shredding or incineration.

d. Protection of Children's Personal Information

To protect the privacy of children, only individuals aged 14 years or older are permitted to use the site.

User Responsibilities

Users must keep their personal information up-to-date, and they are responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information entry.

If a User registers with another person's personal information, their membership may be revoked, and they may be subject to penalties under applicable laws. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their email address and must not transfer or lend it to third parties.

Under the Personal Information Protection Act, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of personal data processing in cases of public agency non-action or decisions that affect their rights or interests. Such individuals may file an administrative appeal in accordance with the Administrative Appeals Act.
