FAQ
A Faucet is an application named after a "water tap," designed to provide resources in small amounts. In this case, the DKA Faucet supplies testnet tokens that you can use to test smart contracts on the dKargo testnet. Before deploying your dApp on the mainnet, you can use these testnet tokens to test activities like deploying smart contracts and executing transactions. Testnet tokens are provided on the Arbitrum Sepolia network and require a bridge for testnet use.
Please note that testnet tokens have no real-world value and cannot be used on the mainnet.
Simply enter the wallet address where you'd like to receive testnet DKA, request the tokens, and they will be sent to your wallet shortly. Afterward, you’ll see details such as the transaction detalis , including the time when the tokens were sent to your wallet.
No special requirements are needed. Anyone can receive testnet DKA tokens by entering their wallet address.
If the tokens don’t appear in your wallet, refer to the dKargo Docs to add the dKargo testnet network to your wallet. Once added, any previously received testnet DKA tokens will also become visible.
To ensure smooth usage of the testnet, each wallet can receive up to 1 testnet tokens at a time. After 24 hours, you’ll be able to use Faucet.
If the DKA Faucet fails to issue testnet tokens, retrying usually resolves the issue. If the problem persists or you have additional questions, please contact us at support@dkargo.io or visit the Contact page on our website.
